Business Development Associate

Role Overview

We are currently a small team building the company from the ground up. This role requires high initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently across countries. You will play a critical role in establishing strong financial foundations while supporting regional operations.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a build from zero to one environment, is comfortable creating structure where none exists, and can work cross-country with agility and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in SG & MY

  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations

  • Build strong pipelines and manage full sales cycle

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Maintain strong post-sale client relationships

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in B2B sales or business development

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Comfortable working with targets

  • Experience in recruitment/consulting/services industry is a plus
