Since we aren’t always in the same room, we rely on talking to each other. Be open, stay connected, and never hesitate to tell us what you need or how we can help.

What it’s actually like here

You’ll be respected. We don’t care about your background as much as your character. We talk openly, and treat everyone like an adult. Just show up as yourself.

You’ll learn by doing. We’re growing fast, so there’s no "manual" for everything. You’ll be in the deep end at times, but we’ve got your back. If you like figuring things out and seeing results immediately, you’ll fit right in.

The pay is fair. We don’t do the "salary dance." We pay market rates because we want you focused on your work, not stressed about your bills.

We work around your life. We’re hybrid and flexible. Use the office for brainstorming and everywhere else for getting things done. As long as your team isn’t waiting on you and the work is great, we’re good.
