Associate Consultant
Role Overview
We are currently a small team building the company from the ground up. This role requires high initiative, ownership, and the ability to work independently across countries. You will play a critical role in establishing strong financial foundations while supporting regional operations.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a build from zero to one environment, is comfortable creating structure where none exists, and can work cross-country with agility and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Conduct client meetings and understand hiring needs
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Negotiate offers and manage closing process
Achieve placement targets
Requirements
3-5 years experience in recruitment (agency preferred)
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Target-driven and resilient
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
