Muthiah Fiddin

HR Manager

Muthiah Fiddin is an HR professional specializing in startups and technology companies across Southeast Asia. She began her career in a headhunting firm, where she quickly developed a strong understanding of the tech industry and talent landscape. She later expanded into in-house roles, building people operations for early-stage startups at AC Ventures, and is currently managing HR at Tech in Asia, one of Asia’s leading technology media companies.

She studied English Literature at Universitas Gadjah Mada and Liberal Arts at Kyoto University. Her academic background shaped her people-centered and analytical approach to understanding human behavior, which she now applies in the field of human resources.

Her expertise lies in setting up HR foundations for early-stage startups (0–1), building scalable people systems, and working closely with founders and leadership teams to shape culture, structure, and organizational growth.
