Chief Operating Officer, Co-Founder

Jafritson is the Co-Founder and COO of Jesson Global, where he architects the firm’s operational backbone and drives execution across its regional business.

He holds a degree in Business Management from Singapore Management University, with a double major in Operations Analytics and Strategic Management.

As a founding operator, Jafritson builds the systems that power Jesson Global’s delivery; from process design to automation and performance infrastructure. His work focuses on re-engineering the hiring lifecycle to be faster, leaner, and outcome-driven, ensuring teams operate with speed and precision at scale.

A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner, he has led multiple initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, including reducing administrative processing time from over an hour to seconds through targeted automation.

Jafritson is known for turning operational complexity into clear, scalable systems. His strengths lie in process engineering, data-driven execution, and building foundations that enable teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
